Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping
The goods are delivered to 21 European countries.
Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries in Germany:
DHL Germany-wide: 4 €

From an order value of 60.00 € we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to other European countries:
Europe-wide DHL: 10 € shipping costs flat rate, free from 100€ order value

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in Germany within 2 working days, in the case of deliveries abroad (Europe) within 3 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More details on the payment
The invoice amount must be satisene within 14 days when payment is made on account.

When you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
